New: Sixt — $100 back on $500+

Sixt (an international car rental company with US locations bookable at sixt.com) pays $100 back as a statement credit on $500 or more charged to the enrolled card at sixt.com. The charge must be in USD, online only. Enrollment is required — tap to add in your Amex account.

Expiry: May 31, 2026. Rentals must be paid for by that date to qualify.

Stacking note: Frequent Miler's Nick Reyes has been seeing targeted Capital One Shopping offers of 30%–45% cashback at Sixt alongside this Amex Offer — "up to as much as 45% back," in his words. 1 The two offers operate independently and can be combined.

One caveat worth noting: Amex's rental car coverage is secondary and has known gaps. Reyes recommends paying separately for rental insurance rather than relying on the card benefit when using an Amex card at Sixt.

New: Turo — 20% back, up to $30

Turo (a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace where hosts list personal vehicles) pays 20% back as a one-time statement credit on up to $150 in spend — a maximum of $30 back. Unlike Chase's version of this offer ($30 back on $150+ minimum), the Amex Offer has no minimum spend requirement, making it more useful for short, cheap one-day rentals. 2

The booking must be made through turo.com or the Turo app for US or Canada rentals. Excluded: gift card transactions, completed trips paid before the offer was added, and payments made directly to hosts outside the platform. Expiry: May 31, 2026 — the car must be returned and the charge posted by that date.

Amex insurance exclusion: Amex's Car Rental Theft and Damage Insurance explicitly excludes peer-to-peer rentals. Turo is in that excluded category — do not rely on the Amex Platinum card benefit for coverage here.

A post on r/amex by u/beigeavocadoo, confirmed by multiple commenters, shows an Amex Offer for SlingTV (Dish Network's live TV streaming service, with plans starting at $46/month for Orange): "Spend $19.99, earn $15 back up to 2 times" — maximum $30 back. 3 The offer requires activation in your Amex Offers page; it appears targeted.

The stacking angle: the same poster combined it with an elevated $45 Rakuten cashback offer on SlingTV Orange ($46/month). Combined value against a $46 charge: $30 (Amex) + $45 (Rakuten) = $75, more than the monthly subscription cost. Community users confirmed both credits post from a single transaction, because the Amex Offer language says "one or more qualifying purchases" rather than requiring separate charges.

Two data gaps: (1) the offer's expiry date is not visible in the screenshots and was not mentioned in the thread; (2) only a small number of community data points confirm availability — check your Amex account to see if this offer appears.

Final day: Homes & Villas by Marriott — $250 back

This offer expires today, May 24. Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (Marriott's premium vacation rental platform at homesandvillasbymarriott.com) pays $250 back on $1,000 or more in cumulative spend. The booking must be made and the charge must post by end of today to qualify. 4

Eligible properties are located in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The $1,000 threshold can be met across multiple transactions at the same property — it does not need to be a single charge. Excluded: gift card purchases, Bonvoy points purchases, hotel-brand bookings outside of Homes & Villas.

Air France / KLM — $250 or $400 back

Flying Blue award ticket taxes and fees originating from the US count toward the spend threshold, which makes the $1,250 minimum more reachable than it looks for cardholders using the MR → Flying Blue transfer route.

Excluded: KLM Package Deals, hotel/car bookings, lounge fees, and various ancillary services. The Amex Platinum's 5× MR on airfare charged directly with the airline stacks with this offer.

adidas — +6 MR per dollar (expiry confirmed May 31)

The adidas.com offer earns +6 bonus Membership Rewards points per dollar spent, up to 5,000 bonus points. 8 This is a points-earning offer, not a statement credit — which is why it does not appear on Frequent Miler's "Last Chance" deals page. CardPointers data confirms May 31, 2026 as the expiry, correcting the previous December 31 placeholder. Online only at adidas.com US; excludes hype sales and gift cards.

MR bonus: Amazon Shop With Points (not an Amex Offer)

This is a separate Amazon-side promotion. The Amazon Shop With Points discount for Membership Rewards cardholders — 15% to 50% off, up to an $80 maximum — was reissued May 22 and runs through June 30, 2026, or until 21,250 customers redeem, whichever comes first. 9 10

To trigger: apply at least $5–$10 worth of MR points at checkout (~715–1,429 points). The discount applies to the remaining balance. Works on third-party gift cards sold on Amazon (Visa, Uber, Airbnb, Best Buy, etc.) — not Amazon's own gift cards. Offer is targeted and invitation-only.
